The International Truffle Market takes place from October 21 – 31, 2026, at Paradeishof (the courtyard of Kastner & Öhler), daily from 10.30 am – 6.30 pm. 

Following the great success of previous years, Graz - the Foodie Capital of Austria, once again invites visitors to the Truffle Market in Paradeishof. International exhibitors will present an outstanding selection of premium truffle specialties and regional delicacies from their home regions.

• The best of Alba: Fresh Alba truffles, typical products and dishes from the town of Alba, such as tajarin with white truffles.
• Styria meets Piedmont: Cheese products from Piedmont paired with game salami from Styria.
• KINARA & Truffles: Creamy risotto, prepared directly in a KINARA loaf, paired with the finest truffles – a special taste experience.
• Graz Truffles – GBG – Graz Tourism: Gaumengut presents Graz truffles and products made with Graz truffles.
• Tartufo Prestige: Truffle products and dishes from Istria.
• The best of the Marche: Fresh truffles, truffle products and indigenous wines such as Pecorino and Rosso Piceno Superiore.
• Tartufizza: Handmade Italian pizza creations: enjoy exclusive creations featuring fresh black truffles.
• The market’s offering is rounded off by an international selection of truffle wines from Piedmont, Tuscany and Styria.

• ‘Meet and Greet’ with the truffle dog: 24 October and 31 October 2026, 11 am - 11.30 am & 22 October, 23 October, 29 October and 30 October 2026, 2.30 pm - 3.00 pm
  Mara & Sesia, two Lagotto Romagnolo bitches, form a perfectly coordinated truffle-hunting team together with their owners, Judith and Markus. Experience first-hand how the two trained truffle dogs track down these precious fungi – live during the demonstrations at the market.
