As part of the Austrian Open Air Museum in Stübing, the museum restaurant seeks not only to present its guests with Austria’s historic culinary landscape in an appetising form, but also, at the same time, to abide by the basic rules of sustainability that come from the farmhouse. So regional businesses were invited to work on the restoration of the building, whilst attention was paid to using natural materials. The kitchen will also pamper you with produce sourced primarily from farmers and businesses nearby, albeit also involving culinary partners from throughout Austria. You will also be pampered with organic produce wherever possible.
