"Steirer-Theke" is a new standing buffet-style snack area in the "Der Steirer" restaurant. We serve crispy STEIRA rolls filled with cotechino, boiled beef, Braunschweiger sausage or beetle beans and pumpkin seed oil, heartily refined with gherkins, mustard and horseradish. Enjoy them right at the counter with a pint of beer or as a snack to take away.

Inspired by the flair of Italian snack bars, such as those found in Trieste, the new concept combines Styrian joie de vivre and down-to-earth cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
