At the Genießerei on Kaiser-Josef-Platz, top chef Alexander Posch reinterprets the culinary history of Styria to the highest standard.
With his Steiermark(t) Dinner, he showcases top-quality regional produce with artisanal precision and creative finesse every Thursday to Saturday evening.
The multi-course menu (10 courses or a ‘mini-journey’ of 3 to 5 courses) celebrates provenance, seasonality and flavour – concentrated, pure and full of character.
In an exclusive setting, guests enjoy an extraordinary dinner, accompanied by a finely curated wine pairing from hostess Julia Glanzer.
