Croatian seafood cuisine and an exclusive five-course menu to celebrate the restaurant's anniversary in Graz
Restaurant Kornati in Graz is celebrating its 12th anniversary! On 11 November 2026, the Croatian seafood restaurant in Franckstraße invites guests to a special anniversary dinner. The highlight of the evening is an exclusive five-course menu featuring selected specialities that have shaped Kornati's cuisine over the years.
Look forward to tuna tartare, scallops with cauliflower, black risotto and sea bass fillet. The meal concludes with Rozata, a traditional Dalmatian custard dessert.
The anniversary dinner offers a wonderful opportunity to discover the diversity of Croatian seafood cuisine in Graz and celebrate twelve years of Restaurant Kornati.
