"HochGenuss" - a Culinary Delight in the Casemates on Graz’s Schlossberg
On Saturday, 13 June 2026, a culinary delight will take centre stage on Graz’s Schlossberg: in the historic casemates, around 100 exhibitors – the finest direct sellers from Styria and beyond – will present their specialities. From cheese and meat specialities to fine spreads, bread and baked goods, sweet and savoury snacks, right through to juices, cider, and frizzante.
With your ticket, you can sample the variety of premium farm-fresh specialities, chat directly with the producers and take your favourite products home with you straight away. The unique, weatherproof setting of the casemates ensures that the culinary festival can be enjoyed whatever the weather – with a varied supporting programme and a relaxed atmosphere.
A feast for the senses, a celebration of the finest direct-to-consumer producers and a bold new statement of culinary delight for the whole of Styria: in 2026, ‘HochGenuss’ will launch a food event that elevates Styrian cuisine to a whole new stage – on Graz’s Schlossberg, in the Kasematten, for an audience that seeks and values quality, regionality and genuine craftsmanship.
