Veggie dinner at the Genießerei am Markt
Every Wednesday, the Genießerei am Markt on Kaiser-Josef-Platz in Graz invites you to enjoy a vegetarian and vegan gourmet menu featuring three, four or five courses.
Inspired by the market, seasonally conceived and cooked with great attention to detail, the new creations by head chef Alexander Posch show that mindful enjoyment has nothing to do with sacrifice. Fresh from the market, finely composed and surprisingly varied – for everyone who wants to eat lighter without compromising on flavour. The enjoyment remains. Just conceived differently.
