Germuth is bringing its traditional Buschenschank to Schanzlwirt for three summer months – here’s what awaits you:
- Wines: The award-winning Germuth wine selection straight from South Styria – classic Styrian varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling and Yellow Muscat, as well as red wines like Zweigelt
- Food: Traditional Buschenschank platters, additional warm dishes and Styrian specialties
- Desserts: Homemade pastries in traditional Buschenschank style
- Reduced Schanzlwirt menu: During the pop-up, the regular menu will be intentionally reduced so that Germuth takes center stage.
