Three evenings. One experience. One story.
From 17 to 19 October 2026, BIJA returns to the Van den Berg Gewürzhaus.
On Saturday and Monday, you can experience the complete BIJA Dining Experience in seven courses. On Sunday, the story is told in a slightly shorter format: the new Sunday Edition takes you through the evening in five courses – with the same staging, the same high standards and everything that defines BIJA.
Start on all three evenings: 6.30 pm
