Truffle Dishes at Gut Schlossberg
During the Truffle Festival, Gut Schlossberg offers the following truffle dishes:
- Styrian mountain prawns in truffle butter on vegan pumpkin and chestnut tagine
- Potato gnocchi with creamy truffle sauce
- Truffled young chicken breast en papillote with vegetable mille-feuille
- Truffled mushroom soup with Styrian Heidensterz (traditional buckwheat dish)
- Truffled vitello with smoked fish cream
