International Truffle Festival Graz: October 20 – November 1, 2026

During the International Truffle Festival Graz, selected partner restaurants of the Foodie Capital of Austria create seasonal dishes featuring truffles from various regions as well as the local Graz truffle. Visitors can also explore the International Truffle Market at Paradeishof, where exhibitors present premium truffle specialties paired with regional wines. Guided truffle walks through Graz's urban forests, accompanied by specially trained truffle dogs, complete the festival experience with an exclusive tasting.

Highlights of the International Truffle Festival Graz

• TRUFFLE. WINE. EXPERIENCE. Truffles Meet Great Wines. The exclusive opening event on 20/10/, 2026, from 5 pm, at Paradeishof in Graz.
• Truffle Specials at Partner Restaurants of the Foodie Capital of Austria: From 10/20 – 11/01/2026, selected restaurants serve seasonal dishes featuring international truffles and the local Graz truffle. Table reservations are recommended.
• International Truffle Market at Paradeishof: From 10/21 – 10/31/2026 (closed on 10/26/2026), international exhibitors present premium truffle specialties from their home regions. Naturally, Graz is also represented ith its own local truffle products.
• Guided Truffle Walks in Leech Forest: From 10/20 – 10/30/2026, discover wild truffles together with trained truffle dogs while learning about truffles and sustainable forest management. The experience includes a truffle delicacy to take home and a tasting of Graz truffles with Montasio ravioli in truffle butter at Purberg in Hilmteichschlössl.
