Orpheum Graz

The Orpheum in the Lend district of Graz is one of the oldest venues in Graz.

The Orpheum in Graz enjoys an almost legendary reputation among artists and guests from all over the world for good reason. The theatre exudes a special atmosphere and unique charm - qualities that are rarely found today. As one of the last versatile venues with a classical theatre stage, it has aged gracefully and yet remained vibrant. In 2016, the Orpheum was carefully modernised: Since then, the technology has met the highest standards, while the theatre's unmistakable character has been preserved.

Diversity is still a top priority at the Orpheum - both in the programme and in the decor. The traditional building, which was originally opened in 1899 as a variety theatre and was later known as Graz's ‘House of Youth’, offers space for a wide variety of events.
