Giuseppe Verdi's monumental opera will be performed on the Kasematten Castle Hill stage with a choir and orchestra as well as soloists from the Arena di Verona. The opera ensemble ‘’Opera Italiana‘’ will be accompanied by the renowned conductor Maestro Giorgio Croci, who has a proven track record at the Arena di Verona.
This enormous success has accompanied all Nabucco performances to this day, regardless of the staging. Even 175 years after its premiere, the opera is more relevant than ever.
