Details
Guided truffle hikes in Graz
Together with truffle experts and trained truffle dogs we set off into the Leechwald forest in Graz to look for local truffles. The truffle experts will provide information about this culinary rarity and the secrets of optimal forest management while the truffle dogs will aid in our search for the hidden treasures. At the end of the hike, the found truffles will be prepared and tasted at Purberg im Hilmteichschlössl. (incl. drink)
