Ten years of the Graz Food Festival means: ten years in which the Graz region has presented itself as a stage for extraordinary culinary experiences. Ten years in which Graz, the capital of delight, has enchanted people from all over the world with its creative cuisine, its regional character and its unique way of life. This anniversary is a celebration of a region that lives and breathes delight – and of all those who wish to share it.
Under the motto “Delight Without Borders”, this anniversary edition awaits you from 14th to 23rd of August 2026, showcasing the diversity of our city and its surroundings more vividly than ever: from a look back at ten years of culinary excellence to new highlights that showcase Graz and its surrounding region in all their vibrancy.
On the 16th of August 2026 the Capital of Delight Brunch will take place at the Skybar on Graz’s Schlossberg. Here, the finest chefs from Graz will treat you to their favourite dishes and show you the culinary highlights our region has to offer.
