Long-forgotten dishes and old recipes are served in the new fine dining restaurant at the Parkhotel Graz as a large gourmet menu using modern and new techniques. Dishes such as "Blanc Manger", "Giraffentorte" or "Sisi's Koks" are inspired by old Habsburger recipe records as well as culinary traditions and anecdotes from the imperial and royal crown lands. A tribute to the long history of the house, which had its origins 450 years ago in the "Gasthaus zur goldenen Birn".
