Five-course fish menu for Ash Wednesday in Graz
On Ash Wednesday, 10 February 2027, Restaurant Kornati in Graz invites guests to enjoy a traditional Austrian Heringsschmaus (Ash Wednesday fish feast) with a modern twist, combining classic fish dishes with creative fusion cuisine.
Instead of a traditional buffet, guests can look forward to a five-course fish menu featuring a variety of specialities. The meal begins with beetroot and anchovies, followed by tuna tartare and fish soup. The main course features the "Catch of the Day", with 300 grams of fish per person. A lavender panna cotta provides a sweet finale.
Guests who prefer to choose their own dishes can also order from the regular à la carte menu.
