With steaks of outstanding quality, the Steak Boutique attracts in the old town of Graz. To inspire is the declared goal of owner Marco Mikulik - and he succeeds! The secret of the tender and incredibly juicy steaks is the special maturing method Dry Aging, which is often used in the US top gastronomy. The cuts of domestic and American cattle breeds are dried for up to 30 days in the restaurant's own climate-controlled room. The wine list is also impressive: Fine wines from all over the world are served with the steaks.
