48 hours of rising – 1 minute in the oven at 485 degrees. This is the secret of the famous Verace Pizza Napoletana, the mother of all pizzas. In the middle of Graz, the country's first original Neapolitan pizzeria has now been open since 2017. Only the best delicacies end up on Pizzaiolo's pizzas, many of which are imported directly from Italy. A real piece of Italy twice in the middle of Graz: at Dietrichsteinplatz and at Karmeliterplatz.
