Because when the sun invites you to the small garden in the pretty Hofgasse and an aperitivo whets your appetite, it's high time to send your palate south with tramezzini and crostini.  he delicious bread for this, by the way, comes directly from the neighbor, the Hofbäckerei Edegger- Tax. A time out at Cosimo is always spiced with Mediterranean specialties, wonderful Prosecco from the barrel, Friulani and wines from the Mediterranean region.
