Vollmund: Styrian culinary delights in the Graz Region
Magical full moon nights, extraordinary locations, top chefs from Styria and an exclusive supporting program are the ingredients of this unique culinary format in the Erlebnisregion Graz.
From June to September, a series of culinary events takes place at exclusive and one-of-a-kind locations throughout the Erlebnisregion Graz. Regional specialties and menus, individually designed creative programs, and the diverse and distinctive landscape of the region create a truly authentic taste experience. Each event features a five-course menu with wine pairing, complemented by a carefully curated accompanying program.

Dates & Venues for 2026:
- Tuesday 30 June and Wednesday 1 July 2026: Kick-off in the Graz mountains with award-winning chef Alexander Posch from the Genießerei at the (Kaiser-Josef) Market. SOLD OUT!
- Wednesday 29 July and Thursday 30 July 2026 – At the mill in Kalsdorf: The Kunstmühle Haindl becomes the stage for the creative cuisine of “The Underground Kitchen”. Tickets on sale from 21 May!
- Thursday 27 August and Friday 28 August 2026: At the Packer Reservoir – magical moments of culinary delight and panoramic views with Michelin-starred chef Florian Wörgötter from Restaurant Wörgötter in Ligist. SOLD OUT!
- Friday 25 September and Saturday 26 September 2026: In the vineyards of Graz with hosts Michael Winkler from Kehlberghof Graz and Gabi Blaschitz from Weingut Falter Ego. SOLD OUT!
