From 1st to 4th of October 2026, the Stadthalle Graz will transform into a hotspot for foodies, culinary enthusiasts and anyone eager to experience gastronomic diversity across more than 4,000 sqm of food, drinks, flavor explosions and unique culinary highlights.
TasteFactory Graz invites you to explore the diverse world of gastronomy at the Graz Autumn Fair – from local markets and international street food to innovative food labs, fine dining, exquisite wines, creative drinks, sweet delights, plant-based and green innovations and inspiring table culture.

Highlight: An Evening for All the Senses – TasteDinner Graz on 1 October 2026
Four courses, three top chefs and one extraordinary evening: On 1 October 2026, the Graz Region invites you to the exclusive TasteDinner, marking the opening of TasteFactory Graz – Styria’s new culinary festival.
At the large TasteTable, only 120 guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a special four-course dinner accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing. Rooted in the region, creatively conceived and interpreted in a modern way, autumn becomes a culinary experience on this special evening.
Three outstanding chefs bring their individual styles together for the menu: Jan Eggers from Goldene Birn, Florian Vorraber from Kaiser Greissler and Lukas Lepsic from Mohrenwirt.
But TasteDinner is more than just dinner: a show band, special DJ, live acts and small culinary surprises accompany guests throughout the evening, creating a special atmosphere in the Stadthalle Graz.
