Meditation Concert at Klangraum Graz
A special concert evening where music and silence merge. Experience piano music in a relaxed, meditative atmosphere – lying down or sitting, in comfort and without applause between the individual pieces.
By consciously avoiding interruptions, a space is created in which the music can unfold to its full effect. Timbres, silence and musical movements combine to form a profound experience that invites you to pause and reflect. The evening begins with a gentle, meditative introduction by yoga teacher Christine Wilhelm, who mindfully sets the tone for the concert.
The programme features works by Impressionist composers as well as original compositions by Anfisa Bobylova. The piano’s finely nuanced soundscapes guide the audience through a range of moods and invite them to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind for a moment.
