A tribute to eternal love. Hardly any story has moved the world as deeply as that of Romeo and Juliet. Passion, longing, and the struggle with fate come together in a timeless myth.

Selected piano works by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Franz Liszt and Sergei Prokofiev are performed by the young Georgian pianist Irma Gigani, bringing this famous love story vividly to life.

Actor Markus Meyer lends his voice to the timeless texts of William Shakespeare, creating an immediate and moving experience.
