Enchanting sounds at Eggenberg Palace – Planet Hall

Introductory talk by Harald Haslmayr at 6.45 pm, Planet Hall
Works by Franz Liszt, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Robert Schumann shape this special evening. Two of the most famous quintets in music history take center stage, performed by an outstanding ensemble: star violinist Benjamin Schmid, Dalibor Karvay, violist Sarah McElravy and cellist Harriet Krijgh.
Young talents also shine: pianist Arya Su Gülenç performs Liszt’s Liebesträume, while clarinetist Daniel Kückmeier explores Mozart’s musical universe.
The evening concludes with Schumann’s piano quintet, performed by Markus Schirmer on a Fazioli grand piano.
