“Seasonal, regional and traditional” – that’s the motto for indulgence in the marketplace. No extensive menu here but, for sure, no one will miss it. They’re cooking – naturally with the greatest skill – ingredients available fresh this very day from the farmers’ market on Kaiser-Joseph-Platz square. Ensuring top quality is host and chef de cuisine Walter Triebl, a celebrated cooking talent who, in 2014, actually won the pan-European U30 cooking competition , thus qualifying among the “wild young things”. We can expect this mix of grocer’s store and market cooking to revive that market culture of days of yore.
