As owners of the first Vietnamese restaurant in Graz, the Naguyen’s have made it their mission to serve their guests traditional, genuine Vietnamese dishes. Every dish is made fresh and from original recipes, is homemade and is prepared with typical Vietnamese spices, vegetables and fruits. The fonds necessary for the sauces are all prepared by the Naguyen’s. Therefore, all dishes exclude flavour enhancers and artificial additives.
