Since some years, Graz’s market place, Kaiser-Josef-Platz, has a new source of relish. The extra-tender meat gets its smoky aroma from imported curing ovens. Smoked beef comes with potatoes, salads and sauces, Bavarian beer, Austrian wine or Italian coffee.
