Grazie Roma at the Hotel Daniel, located at Graz main station, is a new hub for Italian flair – a tribute to Rome, to crispy, thin Roman-style pizza without a crust, and to legendary pasta. Whether it’s an espresso at the bar or an aperitivo on the terrace – at Grazie Roma, pure flavour, a relaxed atmosphere and Italian light-heartedness come together.
What you taste are the finest ingredients from suppliers in the Rome area and genuine craftsmanship. The pizza and pasta selection is complemented by supplì, the famous crispy balls served as a starter, as well as Roman maritozzi for a sweet finish. Mostly Italian wines are served by the glass, whilst Italian vinyl classics from the jukebox provide the perfect soundtrack.
In terms of design, the restaurant’s generous glass fronts open up the view to the outside, creating a seamless unity between the restaurant and the terrace, which, with its pine trees and striking awning, becomes a small, green oasis right by the main station. The interior draws on the building’s mid-century history, complementing it with Italian design and combining style and casualness to create a genuine Dolce Vita atmosphere.
