Truffle Menu at Salon Marie
During the Truffle Festival, Salon Marie offers a 3-course truffle menu:
- Beef tartare with crispy egg yolk, truffle mayonnaise, pickled mushrooms and fresh truffle
- Corn-fed chicken breast truffle roulade with sauce suprême, potato and celeriac flan, and heritage carrots
- Chocolate truffle with pear centre, stone pine sponge cake and vanilla truffle ice cream
