Celebrate the New Year with delicious food and a festive atmosphere in Graz
“2026 ends hot!” is the motto for the New Year's Eve Hot Pot Party at STREETS by el Gaucho in Graz on 31 December. Look forward to a special evening featuring delicious food, a shared dining experience and festive New Year's Eve celebrations.
After a welcome aperitif, enjoy starters including beef tartare, shrimp cocktail and baby potatoes with sour cream and caviar. Then gather around the table for a hot pot experience: Styrian chicken, premium beef, fish and vegetables are cooked together in the hot pot and accompanied by homemade sauces and side dishes.
A chocolate fountain provides a sweet finale. At midnight, celebrate the arrival of the New Year with champagne, a countdown and the traditional custom of lead pouring.
For an extra touch of luxury, choose the optional Luxury Upgrade, featuring shrimp, premium beef fillet and oysters.
