Cancellation Fees

The reservation is legally binding and subjected to following cancellation terms:

Written cancellations only be accepted by Fax: +43/316/8075-15 or E-Mail

• for weekend packages and Christmas packages cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival are free of charge
• for other packages, cancellations received up to three working days before the arrival date are free of charge
• for other packages, cancellations made later or no-shows will be charged with the price of the first night

It is not possible to return tickets which you have already booked. Please note, that we charge a € 10.00 handling fee for change of reservation and refunds.
