CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment and cancellation conditions

  • Valid for individual and single bookings through Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH, Convention Bureau.
  • Room reservations are legally binding.
  • The cost of your stay is directly payable to the hotel.
  • Your credit card data is compulsory for a guaranteed reservation.
  • Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH does not charge your credit card or deduct reservation fees.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or fax to Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH, Convention Bureau.
  • Cancellations received up to three (3) working days before date of arrival incur no charge.
  • In case of later cancellation or no show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the overnight stay.

    EXCEPTIONS:

  • Amedia Luxury Suites, Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel Graz,
    Florian Weitzer Hotels (Das Weitzer, Grand H    ôtel Wiesler, Hotel Daniel Graz),
    Marko Hotels (Augarten Art Hotel, Lendhotel Graz, Kai 36, Schlossberghotel), Radisson Hotel Graz
    Free cancellations are possible up to 2 weeks before arrival.
    In case of later cancellation or no show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the overnight stay.

  • Motel One Graz
    Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days before arrival.
    In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the room rate for the entire stay, unless your room can be resold.
