Payment and cancellation conditions
- Valid for individual and single bookings through Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH, Convention Bureau.
- Room reservations are legally binding.
- The cost of your stay is directly payable to the hotel.
- Your credit card data is compulsory for a guaranteed reservation.
- Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH does not charge your credit card or deduct reservation fees.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or fax to Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH, Convention Bureau.
- Cancellations received up to three working days before date of arrival incur no charge. • Cancellations received later or non arrivals will be charged at the price of the first night.
