• Valid for individual and single bookings through Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH, Convention Bureau.
• Room reservations are legally binding.
• The cost of your stay is directly payable to the hotel.
• Your credit card data is compulsory for a guaranteed reservation.
• Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH does not charge your credit card or deduct reservation fees.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or fax to Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH, Convention Bureau.
• Cancellations received later or non-arrivals will be charged at the price of the first night.

Free cancellations are possible up to 6 weeks before arrival.
In case of later cancellation or no show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the overnight stay.
