Bezahlung und Stornobedingungen

  • Gültig für Individual- und Einzelbuchungen über Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH, Kongressabteilung.
  • Die Zimmerbestellung ist rechtsverbindlich.
  • Die Bezahlung Ihres Aufenthaltes erfolgt direkt im Hotel.
  • Ihre Kreditkartendaten werden zur Absicherung Ihrer Buchung benötigt. Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH belastet Ihre Kreditkarte nicht und erhebt keine Reservierungsgebühren.
  • Stornierungen müssen schriftlich per E-Mail oder Fax an Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH, Kongressabteilung erfolgen.
  • Stornierungen bis zu drei Werktage vor Anreisedatum sind kostenfrei.
  • Bei späterer Stornierung oder No Show werden vom Hotel 100% des gesamten Nächtigungsvolumens in Rechnung gestellt.

    Florian Weitzer Hotels (Das Weitzer, Grand Hôtel Wiesler, Hotel Daniel Graz),
    Marko Hotels (Augarten Art Hotel, Lendhotel Graz, Kai 36, Schlossberghotel)
    Kostenfreie Stornierungen sind bis 2 Wochen vor Anreise möglich.
    Bei späterer Stornierung oder No Show werden vom Hotel 100% des gesamten Nächtigungsvolumens in Rechnung gestellt.

  • Motel One Graz
    Eine kostenfreie Stornierung des bereits abgerufenen Zimmers ist bis 3 Tage vor Anreise möglich. Bei späterer Annullierung oder Nichtanreise wird vom Hotel eine Stornierungsgebühr von 90% des Zimmerpreises für den gesamten Aufenthalt berechnet, sofern Ihr Zimmer nicht weiterverkauft werden kann.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment and cancellation conditions

  • Valid for individual and single bookings through Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH, Convention Bureau.
  • Room reservations are legally binding.
  • The cost of your stay is directly payable to the hotel.
  • Your credit card data is compulsory for a guaranteed reservation.
  • Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH does not charge your credit card or deduct reservation fees.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail or fax to Graz Tourismus und Stadtmarketing GmbH, Convention Bureau.
  • Cancellations received up to three (3) working days before date of arrival incur no charge.
  • In case of later cancellation or no show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the overnight stay.

    Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days before arrival.
    In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the room rate for the entire stay, unless your room can be resold.
