Current congress statistics from the International Congress & Convention Association (ICCA) show that, in global terms, Graz achieves an outstanding 73rd place and, within Europe, takes 40th place among convention-hosting cities.
More than 120 conventions, with over 40,000 participants from all over the world, take place in Graz every year. Around 15 percent of overnight stays can be attributed to convention, seminar or trade fair participation. This indicates more than 100,000 overnight stays each year.
