Lamb from the Weiz Uplands

Weizer Berglamm

In the sound environment of the Weiz uplands, sheep are kept in small flocks and feed on aromatic weeds and herbs from high-lying pastures in the summer and hay in the winter. This close-to-nature feeding is the basis for excellent raw products and is mirrored in the subtle spiciness of the meat. Apart from numerous lamb specialties, sheep milk and its by-products are also produced.
