The Styrian pumpkin seed oil is dark green and natural. It has a fresh, nutty flavour and is very healthy.

The oil is an essential flavour carrier for hearty salads and is mostly used to refine cold dishes. However, slightly heating the oil for a short time accentuates its particular flavour, e.g. for a substantial scrambled egg dish or to season soups, main courses and desserts.
